John Catling – Director

I am a law graduate from the University of Surrey. I transitioned into the property industry in 2001 and then decided to setup Ildersly Property services in 2013 as I was frustrated with the subpar finishes from builders on my own properties.

A perfectionist by nature, I ensure every project receives my full personal attention, setting Ildersly apart from other building services companies.

My aim is to provide high-quality building services to my clients. Ilderslys’ main strength lies in the strict attention to standards and details at all levels of any building project. Most of my work comes from word-of-mouth referrals from my previous clients.

All my services are fully project managed and insured. My experience has allowed me to build a vast network of contacts with architectural firms and engineering consultants. My in-house team is self-sufficient, consisting of experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyors and tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, plasterers, tilers, joiners, decorators, and more.
